We, as individuals :
Think
Overthink
Judge
Expect
Fear
Get irritated, frustrated, agitated
Plan
Set limitations
Misunderstand
And, it all leads to Anxiety or Depression.
Have you ever heard or seen any special needs child anxious or depressed?
This is why they are special, they are Blessed in disguise.
They learn, do things and live without too much of all of the above. They know how to let go and be unconditional.
The more we think, plan and fear, the more we become anxious.
The more we go by what others expect of us, we hide our real selves and lead to the state of depression.
It is normal as well as important to have all the above in your mind and everyday life but there is a very thin line as to when it is over and above for you to handle. All of us have our own defined lines, set by our own selves. We have all the rights to extend it or reduce it.
Anxiety and Depression are two different but interlinked topics, having distinct differences and also a few similarities.
The below picture shows it clearly.
Our reactions and approach to both are different and it is perfectly normal.
It is OKAY to be NOT OKAY.
It is OKAY to say NO when you mean NO.
It is OKAY to say STOP when your limit is reached.
It is OKAY to take a BREAK when you need it.
YES, it is OKAY.
You are not alone in this.
